We currently have 5 people (3 guys and 2 girls) and want you to be the 6th in our duplex in Hutchinson near HCC, for the 2[login-to-view] school year. We are on the 2nd floor, but we also know the people who will be living below, so we will have a blast. There is really no set preference for what kind of person you are, just as long as you are a low-key person. Also, you will share a room with another HCC guy. Here are some details:
Move-in mid July and move-out next July (xxxx), there are three bedrooms and two baths in the duplex, there are two people per bedroom, we are only one street away from the beach, there are 3 mini-fridges and 1 large fridge in the duplex, and there is a computer desk provided in each room.
