i have maybe up to two rooms for rent. one room for sure and another that i use for storage and such.. month to month only. you may have to do (park) back ground checked if asked and follow all park rules.. as of right now im there most of the time but do plan to travel sum so would like a female that is good with dogs and a cat. dog is a lab and is in most of the time he is house broken. cat comes and goes.. i have had bad luck with men, as roommates. not so much for females. i get along better with them.. im easy going and for the most part clean.. it is not a five star park ok? is a trailer park willing to work with you on rent and deposit if needed.. two hundred deposit and three hundred for one room a month all bills no food you buy that your self.. smaller room cheaper call 316-249-xxxx ask for martin.. if you got more questions?
