Human Resources Generalist
Our client, a food manufacturing company located just in Great Bend, Kansas, is looking for an up and coming HR generalist to join their rapidly growing company.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
? Providing insight in regards to employment law, policies and local regulations.
? Acting as the primary contact for all employees in relation to human resources issues, including compensation, benefits, labor relations, employment verifications and workers compensation.
? Recruiting and hiring for all positions.
? Handling all labor relations issues, including documentation of all employee issues.
Experience required
? A Bachelor?s degree in a related discipline
? Minimum year of experience in a similar position
? Experience in the manufacturing industry. Exposure to labor relations is ideal.
