Finley is apurebred Yorkshire Terrier that lived his first 2 years in an apartment with afamilythat hadseveral small children. Their routine was to let him out unleashed to potty. On one of his potty breaks he was hit by a car in the parking lot of the apartment complex. His owner took him to the closest vet, which luckily was the East Douglas Veterinary Clinic. Unable tocover themedical costsit was going to take to treat Finley, he was relinquished to our rescue. This was inmid-September.Finley has since gone through two surgeries ...
